We use various measurement, inspection and testing tools to guarantee part quality, safety and compliance with customer specifications.

Available quality control methods and equipment:

• 3D coordinate measuring machine for precise geometry inspection;
• Optical and template measuring systems;
• Hardness testers (Brinell, Rockwell, Leeb);
• Ultrasonic testing (wall thickness control, defect detection);
• Magnetic particle testing (fluorescent and non-fluorescent);
• Penetrant testing (for cracks and surface flaws);
• Surface roughness testers and visual comparison methods (SCRATA);
• Coating thickness gauges and adhesion tests;
• Digital temperature control with graphical monitoring during heat treatment;
• Hard-to-reach areas inspected with a borescope.

All measurements are recorded, systematized and linked to specific part batches, ensuring full traceability. We provide quality protocols, inspection reports and documentation in the format chosen by the client.
