Each material type follows a tailored heating and cooling cycle to fully meet the client’s technical requirements. Processes: normalizing, tempering, annealing, hardening, stress relieving. Equipment: two PLC-controlled heat treatment furnaces with working temperatures up to 1200 °C. Dimensions: parts up to 2000 mm (length) × 1000 mm (width) × 800 mm (height), weight up to 2000 kg. Additional options: Automatic or manual straightening of parts after heat treatment. Measurements and quality control for every critical dimension. Production documentation with temperature diagrams on request.
