Using MetPro’s conveyor painting system, we offer fast turnaround, competitive prices and consistently high quality. Clients receive a smooth and durable coating that meets international standards and individual specifications. Modern technology and our experience guarantee professional and efficient project execution.

We use all RAL paint types: alkyd, epoxy, polyurethane, zinc and water-based paints. A single part can be painted in multiple colours. The conveyor system with a drying chamber ensures a fast painting and drying cycle.

We also offer painting after CNC machining.

Before painting, we protect the precisely machined surfaces and carry out thorough cleaning and degreasing. All surfaces are carefully prepared and masked to ensure complete protection of CNC-machined areas.

Length: up to 4000 mm;
Width: up to 1500 mm;
Height: up to 2500 mm;
Weight: up to 2500 kg.

Before painting, surfaces are carefully prepared — parts are degreased, abrasively cleaned by shot blasting according to Sa 2½ quality standard or chemically treated to ensure maximum coating adhesion and durability.

The four painting methods used:

Airless wet painting

Fast, even and smooth coating for parts of various sizes with a wide choice of RAL colours.

Electrostatic painting

The paint is charged in an electrostatic field, ensuring minimal loss and an exceptionally even coating, high efficiency and quality.

Powder coating

An environmentally friendly technology where dry powder paint particles are electrostatically applied and polymerized in an oven (~180–200 °C), producing a durable, uniform coating.

Dip coating

Parts are immersed in special paint baths, ensuring an even coating even in hard-to-reach areas. This is an excellent method for complex geometries and is often used as an anti-corrosion primer.
