Sorting
After processing, parts undergo thorough visual and technical inspection. Sorting is done according to customer requirements, specifications and quality criteria. Parts are grouped by batches, series, dimensions and surface condition. This ensures consistent quality and traceability for each order.
Weighing
The weight of each batch or individual unit is checked using calibrated industrial scales. Accurate load control, transparent logistics and weight sheets or delivery declarations can be provided if required.
Counting
To guarantee order volume accuracy, parts are counted manually or with an automated system. Data is recorded and verified — this is especially important for large-volume batches. It ensures reliable repeatability for every customer project.
Packaging
Depending on the project and part specifications, MetPro offers various packaging solutions:
- Boxes with dividers or inserts
- Moisture-resistant, corrosion-protection materials
- Wooden pallets, pallet collars, closed containers or shipment-ready packaging
- Marking with part numbers, batch codes, barcodes or data adapted to the customer’s logistics system
Additionally, we can provide instructions for packaging markings and labels that meet the end user’s standards and requirements.
