How does the selection process at MetPro work?

We receive your application.

A phone interview is organized to find out about your skills and experience.

An in-person interview at the MetPro office or production site — we get to know you and assess your professional skills and personal qualities.

If necessary, we check theoretical knowledge: reading drawings, welding symbols, etc.

Practical test in our MetPro welding class or workshop — to make sure of your real skills.

We offer a project that best matches your skills and experience — in Latvia or abroad.
