Design and Drawings

We create certified technical drawings, assembly plans, and 3D models – either from scratch or based on the client’s submitted data.

We manufacture prototypes prior to serial production to ensure quality and alignment with the intended design.

In-house Production – 5400 m²

Our manufacturing takes place in Dobele, Latvia, across three halls (each 24×75 m, height 6 m). We process metal parts up to 10 tons. We specialize in structural elements, engineering solutions, serial and custom-made orders.

Laser cutting, bending, drilling, sawing, rolling, CNC milling, CNC turning, welding, and surface treatment (galvanizing, painting, etc.).

All production stages are monitored and tested: MT, UT, VT, DT, PT inspections, compliance with ISO standards, and CE marking.

We have our own production complex with 5400 m² of manufacturing space in Dobele, Latvia. 6-meter-high ceilings and crane stations on all lines allow us to handle large parts weighing up to 10 tons.

Clients can track their order status in real time — we have a dedicated monitoring system. If needed, we connect to the client’s system and enter all necessary data:
