MetPro SIA, a stable metalworking company, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented employee to join our painting department. MetPro is a full-service partner providing post-processing and finishing of castings for the foundry industry.
We are looking for a professional who values precise technological processes, high-quality results, and stable employment. In this position, your experience and ability to work with professional airless painting equipment will be highly valued.
Job Responsibilities
- Painting cast iron parts on a painting conveyor line.
- Preparing parts for painting.
- Carrying out painting work using professional airless painting equipment from Graco and Wiwa.
- Preparing and mixing paints according to technical specifications.
- Ensuring correct paint viscosity, coating quality, and compliance with technological requirements.
- Checking coating thickness and visual quality.
- Touching up hook contact points and other required areas after painting and drying.
- Visually inspecting painted parts and correcting painting defects.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment and tools.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the painting department.
- Ensuring consistent coating quality while maintaining the required production pace and complying with occupational safety requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Physical endurance and readiness for active work.
- Ability to work with cast iron and metal parts.
- Ability to work independently and follow technological instructions.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks in an organised and high-quality manner.
- Understanding of painting quality requirements and coating defect correction.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work.
- Previous experience in painting metal products will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in industrial painting of metal products will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with airless painting equipment will be considered an advantage.
- Responsibility for the quality of your work, accuracy, and the ability to identify coating defects in a timely manner.
