Workshop Worker (Grinder)

SIA MetPro – a stable metalworking company – is looking for an employee for long-term cooperation.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing cast iron parts: grinding casting marks, seams, burn-on residues, and other surface irregularities.
• Grinding metal surfaces using angle grinders and pneumatic tools.
• Complying with work quality requirements and safety regulations.

• Salary: gross hourly rate from EUR 8.00 to EUR 12.00 + bonuses.

• Salary payments twice a month – always on time, on the 10th and 25th.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical endurance and ability to work efficiently and productively.
• Accuracy and orderliness in carrying out work.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and according to instructions.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills and a serious attitude towards work.
• Previous experience in grinding metal or cast iron parts and relevant vocational education will be considered an advantage.
• The job is not compatible with harmful habits that may affect workplace safety or work quality.
