Workshop Worker (Grinder)

SIA MetPro, a stable metalworking company, is looking for a responsible and meticulous grinder to join our team for a permanent position. We are looking for a colleague who is free of harmful habits and has a serious attitude toward their duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grinding metal surfaces with an angle grinder and pneumatic tools;
• Processing cast iron parts: grinding off casting marks, welds, and burnt-on material;
• Working in a production workshop as part of a team with other specialists.

Candidate Requirements:

• Practical experience in grinding or metalworking (preferred, but not mandatory);
• Physical endurance and the ability to work at a dynamic pace;
• Accuracy, orderliness, and attention to detail;
• Ability to complete tasks on time and according to instructions;
• Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and honesty;
• Good communication skills;
• Relevant education and experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.

• Gross hourly rate: 8.00 – 10.00 EUR + bonuses;
